Founder, Director
Ilyaas is an admitted attorney having honed his skills at one of South Africa's biggest law firms. He specialises in employment and commercial law and is known to have a keen eye for providing business-minded legal advice and strategy. He decided to swap the suit for sneakers and hoodies and founded LegL in 2021 with the vision to provide accessible legal assistance to SMEs across South Africa.
Kabelo Moiloa
Consultant
Kabelo is an expert in property, commercial and criminal law. He’s worked in law for a number of years assisting clients in property disputes, negotiations and mediations and even the occasional late night bail! He understands his client’s commercial needs and is LegL’s regular stand-up comedian. He’s passionate about youth empowerment and jump-starting South Africa’s economy utilising the law as he goes.

MA has extensive experience in criminal law, dispute resolution, negotiations, mediations and tax-related issues. He has practiced law across South Africa for over 50 years as well as having run a string of successful businesses, giving him keen insight into how to provide clear, concise and relevant commercial advice to his clients.

Philip is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a wide range of experience and interests, always keen to know more and refine his expertise no matter the industry, you can trust him to get what you need, from questions of corporate, to commerce, to insolvency, to tax, to medicolegal – you name it, he’ll find the answers you’re looking for.
