At LegL, we pride ourselves on moving away from the hourly rate that most law firms use. Whilst this model works for some, we have found that fixed fees allow us to provide our clients with best value for the services we provide.

LegL is also not a law firm. We are a legal advisory and e-commerce platform that aims to make legal services and products more accessible to people across South Africa.

At LegL, we want to remove the intimidation factor that lawyers often hold and create a sense of ease when using our platform.

Our core offering is a monthly subscription service. However, we offer free template downloads, which can be found here. We also provide a quick and easy-to-use document review portal that can be accessed here.

Our monthly subscriptions can be debited directly through our payment provider PayFast or upon receipt of an invoice.

Before commencing work, we will send you a quote and once approved, we will provide you with a timeline for completion of the work.

All first time clients are required to make payment upfront before any work commences.

LegL is staffed by a number of expertly qualified attorneys from differing areas of expertise from corporate to employment law. We also partner with different attorneys and will continuously add to our product and service offering so that our clients receive the most value for their needs.

Everyone thinks they don’t need legal assistance until its too late! That’s where LegL comes in. We provide legal assistance to all kinds of entities from sole proprietors, start ups and established businesses to the savvy individual who needs ad hoc legal help from time to time. What’s more is that there’s no obligation from your side.

We’re always able to provide a custom quote or payment terms should the need arise. However, please note that such terms are always at the discretion of LegL.

You may be able to find a similar version of one our products online for free, but these documents are typically not vetted by lawyers who have deep knowledge of the latest legal developments and have drafted our documents to ensure the maximum legal protection for you and your business.

Before signing up to one of our packages, we like to get a sense of your needs and the timeframe you’ll need us for. And when you no longer need our services, you can cancel on one month’s notice very easily.

We do provide standard templates to most of our documents but our core offering is bespoke legal services at set prices. We’re on a mission to provide legal services to companies of all sizes and needs.
